Wolff Architects was granted planning permission and listed building consent to connect the 19th-century townhouse to the adjacent  Eaton mews house by forming a new structural opening in the party wall on the ground floor level to connect to the mews on the first-floor level, linking the main house kitchen to new family room accommodation and garage in the mews house, increasing the external usable space for a single-family dwelling.
