Wolff Architects received planning approval for our proposed scheme for the detached Victorian house located in the St John’s Wood Conservation Area.

Permission was granted for extensive refurbishment, a substantial basement extension, a full-width rear extension to all floors, an extended tiered rear external terrace serving the lower ground floor and leading up to a re-modelled garden with a new single-storey summer house at the very back.
