We had the pleasure of designing and delivering this new built a detached house of 10,700 sq ft.
Architectural services were provided from inception to completion, including the applications for Planning Permission to demolish the existing house and services up to completion on site of a new detached house.
The new property is set out over 4 floors, including a basement level pool spa complex and staff suite, elegantly proportioned ground floor reception rooms, a generous master suite with his and hers dressing rooms and bathrooms, and 5 further bedroom suites to the upper floors.
