Architectural services included a full service from inception to completion comprising obtaining Planning and Conservation Area Consent to demolish an existing warehouse building to be replaced with a new 9,500 sq ft (GIA) commercial office development.
The offices are set out over 3 floors, including a new basement level, complete with new state-of-the-art infrastructure and IT systems.
