We have undertaken the complete renovation and extension of a Grade 2 Listed townhouse located within the Belgravia Conservation Area.
The design was undertaken by Wolff Architects on behalf of property developer Fenton Whelan. Wolff Architects obtained Planning and Listed Building Consent for the development in conjunction with Montague Evans Planning Consultants and assisted Fenton Whelan with the works through to completion on site.
The area of proposed scheme circa 4,200 sq ft GIA and included a new basement level below the garden. Accommodation included a cinema and treatment room within the new basement, 4 large reception rooms, a magnificent master bedroom suite spread across the entire second floor, and 3 further bedroom suites.
