The complete refurbishment, extension and conversion of a Grade 2 Public House to create Wolff Architects’ new Buckinghamshire offices and a separate residential unit.

The former Gurkha Tavern pub was sympathetically restored and extended to create a new 3-bed residence within the thatched roofed cottage fronting Bicester Road. The outbuildings to the rear of the cottage were converted into offices, and a new ‘barn’ was built, providing over 2,200 sq ft of commercial use on the site.
