Wolff Architect’s latest residential new build project, situated in the Mayfair Conservation Area is now complete. The shell and core element of the 12,200 sq. ft development has now been completed by Ellmer Construction. The scheme received planning permission to demolish the existing property and reconstruct the 5-storey building into 5 apartments, ranging from 2 to 5 bedrooms each. The façade of the proposal includes intricate stone detailing with beautiful bronze windows inset within traditional red brick as commonly seen within the surrounding context.
