Bespoke office refurbishment for an international company in the heart of Mayfair. The property was stripped back to a bare shell; the work then involved re-planning of the spaces, new services, installing state-of-the-art IT, wiring and comfort cooling throughout, installation of a new lift car within an existing shaft and full internal fit out to provide a reception area, meetings rooms, open plan working areas and private offices.

Wolff Architects were also responsible for the interior design, including the bespoke reception desks and joinery, wall and floor finishes and textured ceiling panels. The offices are arranged over 5 floors with some of the floors to be let.
