We designed and delivered two substantial new build single-family dwelling houses on the plot of a former single mansion house. Wolff Architects undertook the design on behalf of local property developer Harrison Varma. Wolff Architects obtained planning consent for the development in conjunction with Savills Planning Consultants and assisted Harrison Varma with the works through to completion on site.
Each completed house was circa 15,000 sq ft GIA and included extensive basements accommodating swimming pools, spas, gyms, games rooms and home cinemas. The exterior of the houses was designed in a traditional Victorian style to blend into the local streetscape.
