Connaught House, London
Wolff Architect’s latest contemporary project consists of 6 townhouses. The project team developed a fully coordinated Revit model incorporating detailed structural and services proposals to provide an integrated construction package. Wolff gained Planning Permission for the project in October 2015 from Haringey Council to demolish an existing 1960’s residential block and replace six 4-storey high-quality units.
Each 2,500 sq ft house comprises four bedrooms with en-suites on the first and second floors. The Ground Floor consists of an entrance hall, ample living space and an external balcony that overlooks the lowered rear garden. The Lower Ground Floor accommodates an open plan kitchen and dining area opening onto the rear garden.
