Wolff Architects undertook a new built a house on a private road in Highgate.
Architectural services were provided from inception to completion, including the applications for Planning Permission to demolish the existing house and services up to completion on site of a new 9,300 sq ft (GIA) detached house.
The new property is set out over 4 floors, including a basement level pool spa complex, cinema and staff suite, elegantly proportioned ground floor reception rooms, a generous master suite, and 5 further bedroom suites to the upper floors.
