The Four 5 Two development consisting of 35,000 sq ft on the site of a former public house, was completed in 2017. Consisting of 570 sq ft of office space, 1,000 sq ft of retail space and 19,000 sq ft of residential space across 13 units, the mixed-use development will also boast a top-floor balcony offering 270-degree views of the area.
