Located on the prestigious Bishops Avenue in North London, we gained planning consent for the change of use and substantial redevelopment this existing site and associated grand dwelling. As part of the scheme, the existing façade of the original Arts and Crafts property was proposed to be retained with a newly-constructed modern care home integrated into the rear.

The scheme incorporated a specialist dementia care wing with a specialist courtyard garden designed around one of the oldest Oak Trees on the Avenue.
