Wolff Architects undertook the complete refurbishment and extension with façade retention of an existing detached mansion house in the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust.

Architectural services included a complete service comprising Planning and Trust Consents from inception to completion. The works consisted of forming a new basement and side extension. The basement has been designed to accommodate a luxurious swimming pool, sauna and spa facilities, a gymnasium, and a spacious family room.
