We have undertaken the complete refurbishment of a single family dwelling within the Mayfair Conservation Area.

The proposals are for alterations to the internal layouts including continuation of the grand staircase to the fourth floor and creation of
condenser units to the roof. The proposed development has been designed with careful consideration towards all aspects of the
City of Westminster Council’s planning policies. The interior has been much altered at various dates over the years. The layouts
have been designed to retain the parts and features of the original property that remain whilst bringing the whole up-to-date with
