WA has completed a number of flagship high-end retail and commercial units in central London. WA involvement included obtaining the necessary Authority and Landlord approvals for the shops and implementing the corporate images of the retailers.

In conjunction with Paris-based Architects Joseph Dirand Architecture, Wolff Architects obtained both Planning Permission and Grosvenor Estates’ consent for a new UK flagship store. The store is located in the heart of Mayfair, for Luxury French fashion brand Balmain. Laid out over two floors, the interior fit-out elegantly displays the couture pieces, while the new sophisticated stone framed shop front with black lacquer and gold leaf acts as a display.
